WARRANTY / RETURNS

All our products has 12 month warranty term. If your product fault case comply with Warranty Conditions Disclaimer, we repair free of charge. In other cases or after 12 month we will charge repair cost.

Which can be quoted only after inspection of faulty unit.

Please fill "Product Return Form", sign it and send together with items for repair.

To simplify custom clearance, when shipping from outside of EU (European Union): Two Invoices attached. The first one must be put inside the package, the second one must be attached to the package. The price in the Invoice must not exceed 10.00 EUR, also you have to notice "SAMPLE" in the Invoice.

A Transportation company is in charge of all goods which are going to be sent from our office.

We are covering shipping costs after repair, all other expenses must be covered by customer.
